If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we store the details you provide (name, WhatsApp number or email address, message text) in order to process your enquiry and answer any follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.
The form also includes a hidden "honeypot" field used only to detect automated spam submissions; it is not visible to human visitors and does not collect any personal data from you.
Processing of contact-form data is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or, where the enquiry is aimed at entering into a contract, on the need to take pre-contractual steps (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data submitted via the form is kept until you request deletion, withdraw consent for storage, or the purpose for storing it no longer applies (e.g. once your enquiry has been fully handled).
